The Right of Way data set is a thematic layer depicting rights of way holding boundaries based on individual acquisitions. This layer is only complete on a date forward basis from final conversion (5/24/2002). Some back conversion has occurred, however, there are no present plans to perform complete backfile conversion. Right of Way entities may overlap completely or partially. Right of Way polygons/regions have been created for almost all rights of way to assist with cartographic applications only.
