This data set was created by compiling all the legal descriptions and map data for all authorizing documents from fire district annexations. The legal descriptions were then interpreted against the Integrated Land Records (ILR) mapping base as the control line work. Any line work required that did not exist in the ILR was added using coordinate geometry. All attributes were coded from the original legal documents.
Data can be downloaded free of charge from the Open Data Portal.
