Bank geometry is updated with each survey based on the latest imagery available at the time of the survey. Bank surveys are conducted in the waterbody by collecting a GPS point where bank condition or structure changes. The attributes of the GPS point are then applied to the downstream portion of the bank, until a new change occurs. GPS point attributes are applied to the updated bank lines via a Python script or manual editing process in the office.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Ecosystem Diagnosis and Treatment (EDT) reach attributes are recorded for the surveyed streams. Reach breaks can vary over survey years because of changes to the river channel.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To isolate a given year's survey, use a definition query on the field called "SurveyYear". Otherwise, many waterbodies will show multiple overlapping surveys.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To show only the most recent survey for a given segment, use the definition query Current = "Yes' . If viewing this layer on the "Features.sde", then only the most current survey for any given segment is viewable.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</idAbs>
