Excludes other building sites that are maintained by certain departments, such as the Assessor's Drop Boxes, Parks & Recreation, Fairgrounds, Public Works, and Solid Waste.

Notes to be IT-GIS worthy for the Enterprise GIS_FEATURES server. This geo-dataset was originally created in an older file format known as an Esri GIS ArcGINFO Coverage, then later migrated over to an ArcGIS Feature Class around 2015 without much documentation. PDS-GIS was able to glean updates based on an Excel table provided by the County's Property Information Officer, Carl Jorgensen, with additional assistance from the Airport Maintenance Supervisor at Paine Field, Robert Greer. The Excel table used by PDS is stored at "CFEList_SnoCo_Updated2022-23_rev20241107byCarl
JorgensenPropertyOfficerFacMaintAndFleet.xlsx", while the Property Information Officer is the custodian for the most current data. Efforts were made to retain the original data-schema, while adding new fields representative of the latest Excel table. Perhaps later, the ancient GIS ArcINFO Coverage field attributes such as [GIS_FEATURES_GDBA_buildings_cou] aka 'AREA', [PERIMITER], [COUNTY_S_], [COUNTY_S_I] might be deprecated, depending on the existing and future web app infrastructure. Along with the previous ArcINFO Coverage field attributes, the retained field attributes include [NAME], [ADDRESS], [CITY], [ZIP_CODE], [PHONE], [CNTYFAC_TY], [AGENCY]. Per the newest Excel table, the added field attributes include [BUILDING_REFERENCE], [STATUS], [YEAR_BUILT], [NUM_OF_STORIES], and [SQ_FOOTAGE].
