A CASP is a plan that identifies critical areas, associated buffers and any other requirements designed to protect the identified critical areas. Generally, CASPs identify only those critical areas and buffers existing on your property within 300 feet of proposed site disturbances. A CASP is always recorded with the Snohomish County Auditor. It normally contains a summary of relevant information from the site plan. It is most often the last project document completed.
