Snohomish County land use jurisdiction
This is an automated dataset that describes land use jurisdiction for all areas within Snohomish County. An area is within Snohomish County land use jurisdiction if it is not within a city boundary, Tulalip Fee area, or in-trust tribal jurisdiction. The layer is regenerated every night so that it matches and uses the current parcels, city boundaries, and tribal jurisdiction layers.
<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This layer is contains two attributes:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>"LU_class" reports the name of land-use jurisdiction entity. For example, the name of a city, Tribal Trust, Tulalip Fee, or Snohomish County.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>If the "SNOCO_LUJu" attribute is Yes, then the area is within Snohomish County land use jurisdiction given the methods described above. If the value is No, then the land use jurisdiction is held by the entity reported in the LU_class attribute given the methods described above.</SPAN></P></LI></UL></DIV></DIV></DIV>
