Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>This polygon map layer represents the distribution of various native plant species in several Snohomish County lakes based on data collected during aquatic plant surveys conducted by Snohomish County Surface Water Management. Plants comprising this assemblage for any given lake represent species that (a) have moderate abundance therein and/or (b) tend to inhabit somewhat distinct areas of the lake (i.e., shallow waters) relative to species grouped into other assemblages. The majority of the data was initially collected on paper maps where a number representing each assemblage species was drawn in all locations where that species was found during field surveys. Polygons based on these hand-drawn distributions were then created in ArcGIS Pro. </SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
