Appraisers create appraisal neighborhoods, large areas of comparable properties, to aid in determining assessed values. This appraisal neighborhood dataset was created by joining the neighboorhood code to the Assessor's tax parcels, then by dissovling on the neighborhood code attribute. As a result, most right-of-way and waterbody areas are not included in this dataset even though they might actually fall within an appraisal neighborhood's extended boundaries.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
