Service Description: This map service publishes capital facilities layers including county facilities, police stations, schools, utilities, and associated district areas. Capital facility layers were updated by the Planning and Development Services (PDS) in support of the Snohomish County Comprehensive Plan update in 2024. As mentioned in Snohomish County Code <a href='https://snohomish.county.codes/SCC/30.91C.020' target='_blank'>30.91C.020</a>, &quot;Capital Facilities&quot; refers to public structures, improvements, pieces of equipment or other major assets, including land, that have a useful life of at least 10 years.
