Service Description: This map service includes a layer depicting parcels that have an associated Critical Area Site Plan (CASP). Per Snohomish County Code (SCC) <a href='https://snohomish.county.codes/SCC/30.62A.160' target='_blank'>30.62A.160</a>, a CASP is required to identify the location of all critical areas and associated critical area buffers CASP records are updated on a monthly basis by Snohomish County Planning and Development Services (PDS) GIS staff.
