Service Description: This map service includes several layers from a variety of sources that are intended to aid PDS permitting and planning staff, as well as the general public, with permitting needs. Layers depict key zoning classification areas, notification areas, buildable lots, and snowload factor. Data is updated by PDS GIS staff periodically or on an as-needed basis, either to support updates to County code, or Comprehensive Plan updates.
