Service Description:  The purpose of the Lower Skykomish Floodplain Land Strategy is to develop a coordinated set of multi-benefit criteria for flood, fish and farm interests that will, when completed, define a toolset on how to approach prioritizing fee simple acquisitions and/or easements with Floodplains by Design funding. This will allow opportunities for Natural River processes while supporting Agricultural viability.
