description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Snohomish County has Interlocal Agreements (ILAs) with municipalities, and the Washington State Dept. of Transportation (WSDOT) to mitigate traffic impacts from new development activities. These ILAs are developed to facilitate reciprocal traffic mitigation efforts between these government entities.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The county, through Snohomish County Code (SCC) chapter 30.66B, imposes various mitigation requirements on new developments for their impacts on the road system. These requirements include proportionate share mitigation for impacts on the capacity of the road system. This feature class was copied from the following file geodatabase feature class: TRANS_ILA_ALL,  then used the technique of Delete Rows and Append to replenish these updates, as the field schemas match up. Deployed the "Synchronize Metadata Tool" (SynchronizeMetadata)  to get the proper 'counts' for features and rows within the metadata. Also deployed the "Clear History" tool (In the ribbon &gt;&gt; Catalog-tab &gt;&gt; Metadata ...) to clean up the metadata some.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
